If you have any concerns or complaints about your experience, I encourage you to first reach out to me directly. Together, we will work towards a resolution in a fair and respectful way.

If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you have the right to submit a formal complaint to an independent dispute resolution body. I am affiliated with QUASIR, an official Dutch organization that ensures high-quality care and handles client complaints confidentially and in accordance with Dutch law.
